Yuletide

Christmas is past nigh. Presents have been given, the advent calenders lining the hall have been packed away until next November, and decorations reboxed. The precious memories remain.

Walking on the beach near Torquay in southern Victoria, Australia, I found a festive-looking garland of seaweeds being lapped by the gentle waves.

Season greetings to one and all.

  1. I have just encouraged Julie regarding her environmentally friendly Christmas garland. However, I did mistake it for green waste in the recycling. She certainly has a creative imagination! And I did like the pun on Yuletide with reference to both the season and the seaweed that the waves washed in.
